On-Demand Bus Driver (m/f/d)

We are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

On-demand bus driver for our "rubi" on-demand bus service (m/f/d) in Güstrow
Full-time or part-time position

•  Employment relationship in accordance with the provisions of the sectoral collective bargaining agreement for local transportation companies in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
  (TV-N MV)
• Wages in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, including a special payment
• Up to 34 days of annual leave and 1 day off per year, plus long-term vacation planning

On and inside our buses and many other vehicles

• you will troubleshoot and repair electronic malfunctions,
• troubleshoot high-voltage systems,
• check driving systems,
• and perform software updates.

You will inspect, maintain, and repair our buses and third-party vehicles.
You’ll replace and install parts and bring our bus fleet back up to the latest standards.
You’ll retrofit all types of vehicles with special equipment, such as passenger counting systems, camera systems, etc.
You’ll dedicate 200 percent of your specialized knowledge to our new hydrogen buses —and if you don’t have that specialized knowledge yet,
we’ll turn you into a “specialized knowledge whiz”!

•  Class B driver's license &, preferably, a passenger transport permit (P permit)
  If not available -> can be obtained through rebus
• Electronic driver card (apply at the driver’s license office)
• Ideally, professional experience in passenger transportation and driving
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends

• Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive attitude toward customer service
• Friendly demeanor
• An entrepreneurial, reliable, service-oriented, and structured approach to work
•  Ability to handle stress, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility and independence
