Ernst Barlach Theater Güstrow

The Ernst Barlach Theater offers a varied program of plays and concerts year-round (except in August) and hosts many cultural events. Built in the 18th century as a playhouse, it is the oldest surviving theater in Mecklenburg. The theater offers a diverse program for guests of all ages: spoken-word theater, musical theater, and dance theater; children’s and youth theater; symphony concerts; entertainment events; and cabaret performances.
